Where is my order?
If you live in the UK and you haven't received your order within 7-10 days, please email us straight away. For addresses outside of UK, please allow 14-20 days.

We receive many emails and phone calls everyday. Unfortunately we can't answer them all due to minimal staff. If we haven't got back to you in a while, feel free to contact us again.
WHy did you send me some literature?! Leave me alone!
We don't post unsolicited mail. It's likely that a Christian who cares for you has shared it with you themselves.
Every so often, we receive a very aggressive email or phone call from a person who was offended by our literature. If it has triggered an angry/upset response from you, it's only because it challenges the foundation of your current belief. This is good and healthy; we all (yes including us) need to be challenged what we believe because it can bring us closer to the truth.
If you'd like to have a conversation about the Bible, we will be more than happy to! Or find a local church or website and see if they can help. Many times these angry people turn out to be nice people, once they find out that we aren't a crazy, wide-eyed, cultist group, but instead we are normal, everyday humans with a simple desire to share the Bible message. If you don't want to talk about it, take a moment to think about the message, and if you disagree with it, feel free to simply pop it into a recycling bin.
