We have created these surveys for anyone to print and use in their evangelism. For some, it's easier to share their faith in this structured way. Download the latest PDF versions above.

How to use this survey/questionnaire:

Practice with a Christian friend to get familiar with the questions.
Go out into a busy street and say along the lines of "We're doing a survey about what people believe, would you like to give your opinion?"
If they do not wish to give their personal information (anonymous) that's more than fine. If you do take someone's contact info, remember to stick to GDPR rules (eg shred the paper once no longer in use).
If they do not answer in a way you expect, you can say "thank you for your time" and hand them a tract, booklet, Bible etc.
In the UK, it is currently a legal right to preach and hand out Christian material in public spaces. However, if the police ask questions, remember to handle it with gentleness and respect.
